About Me

I am a Senior Researcher and Faculty Member at the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA), Ondo State, Nigeria, and also hold a Lecturer position at the Federal University Oye Ekiti (FUOYE), Ekiti State, Nigeria.

My research portfolio includes the quantitative evaluation and utilization of climate models and satellite retrievals of land, ocean and atmospheric products, for important environmental research and applications.

Currently, I am the Principal Investigator of the Energy, Environment and Climate Change Research Lab (EECCRAL) located in West Africa. Some of our research interests include Modelling Earth Systems & Environment, Assessing Climate Change Impacts with Integrated Tools for Adaptation & Resilience.

Climate Science & Modeling

Quantitative evaluation of climate models and satellite retrievals for environmental research and applications.

Remote Sensing & GIS

Advanced geospatial data analysis and satellite-based applications for environmental monitoring.

Climate Adaptation

Assessing climate change impacts with integrated tools for adaptation and resilience building.

Marine & Coastal Systems

Research on marine biodiversity, coastal ecosystem resilience, and ocean-atmosphere interactions.

Energy, Environment and Climate Change Research Lab (EECCRAL)

As Principal Investigator of EECCRAL, I lead cutting-edge research initiatives focused on understanding and addressing climate change challenges in West Africa. Our multidisciplinary approach combines advanced modeling techniques with field observations to develop practical solutions for environmental sustainability.
